By signing below, the sub-contractor acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:
1) The contractor certifies that they possess a valid, active trade license issued by the Pueblo County Building Division granting them the authority to perform the work indicated.
2) The contractor assumes full responsibility for executing the specified trade work in accordance with the minimum requirements of the current adopted International Building Code (IBC) and any local amendments.
3) The contractor agrees to schedule all necessary inspections required by the Pueblo County Building Division for their scope of work prior to covering or concealing any installations.
4) In the event of a change in sub-contractor before the final inspection and approval of the designated trade work, the sub-contractor agrees to immediately notify the primary contractor and the Pueblo County Building Official in writing.
