Used for requesting an inspection for an already existing building permit. Schedule inspections in advance or you can request a same day inspection as long as your request is submitted before 8:30 AM.
- All inspections requests will require a permit number.
- All contractors will also need to provide a current and active CLR #.
Used for requesting a special inspection. There is a fee of $110.00 that will be due after the permit has been received and reviewed. The property owner may sign the documents provided electronically or in office, or a copy of the lease may be provided to give Pueblo County Building Division permission to do the inspections.
***For lodging renewals, a copy of the lease or owner signature is not necessary.
